A 54 yearold man has been charges with illegally fishing panties. The said man used a 4m fishing rod to reach the female underwear located at the 2nd floor of the female apartment, on the veranda. The husband and the 21 year old woman who owned the underwear was alerted by an unusual noise coming from the second floor, and caught the old man red handed, holding him until the polic arrived. The man has been charged with the theft of one article of underwear.
